RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All our clothing are 100% custom tailored and we have NO REFUND or RETURN policy.

Customers, who want to change or cancel anything regarding the order, please contact us. No return will be accepted without a RMA** (Return Material Authorization) number. Any return without a RMA number will be refused. We reserve the right to refuse any return or cancellation. ** Return Material Authorization (RMA) is a transaction whereby the recipient of a product is arranged to have the return good(s) to the supplier – to have the product repaired or replaced from the same retailer or corporation within the product’s warranty period.

In the following cases, the claim will not be accepted.
1. Customer claimed with unreasonable reason.
2. Product damaged by customer.

We tend to start processing the placed orders promptly. We will do everything possible to correct the error (if any). If you want to change or cancel the order, please inform us within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee any order can be cancelled or changed once it has already been submitted for processing. If necessary, we might claim you any loss if necessary.
